Criminal Russia is for sale for 12 dollars due to complexity of converting it. Alien city was equally (If not more) complex, however performance is not the best so it is just listed for free. But criminal Russia took me a while to do and performs great. (Plus I provide full support for it)

You could add a new ACL for the owner and give him rights over the admins.

Only assign LODs to what is needed.
If you assign LODs to everything it will bring lag and your draw distance will be horrible.

@Lukasievicz There are many servers without incredibly demanding mods; it just seems like the 'Popular' ones have stupidly high poly modifications. Also player count has not actually dropped much considering the record high was about a year or so ago.
