I made a base in map editor took the 4 files in a folder And restarted the server but when i open admin panel to start it it does not appear why is this? Btw I'm using insane hosting

is it against the rules to take another servers name? i am james and my hoster kwon is also an owner he asked me the name and i said community of united brief gaming! so he hosted it off his laptop temporary about a week later his server was down for 2 days he told me he was deleting it so i created it as an official 24/7 server with insane hosting and now he is saying it is his. is it stealing his server name even though his was down and he said he deleted it and that i created the name?
