Same thing. Trying to run MTA SA 1.3 with wine 1.5.10 on Arch x86_64 and integrated Intel HD3000. Any suggestions? I've tried to install x32 and x64 versions of vcredist, but it didn't help. UPD: Downloading and running http://files.mtasa.com/apps/tools/MTADiag.zip solved this problem.
