On your screenshot I see, you forward 22005 tcp/udp to 192.168.2.111 port 22003 - If I am not completely blind
That's not running. Do it exactly as Slifer described:
Inbound port 22003 UDP (!!!) to private ip 192.168.2.111 port 22003
Inbound port 22005 TCP (!!!) to private ip 192.168.2.111 port 22005
and if you want to get listed
Inbound port 22126 UDP (!!!) to private ip 192.168.2.111 port 22126
Please do not mix the TCP/UDP flag, 22003 is UDP only, 22005 TCP only and 22126 UDP only. Some routers does funny things, if a port forward is stated as TCP and UDP.
On some routers (eg. TP-Link) there is a feature like "SPI" on the security tab. Due to a known bug in some TP-Link routers this has to be disabled. Yours seems to be a belkin, may be you have to test a little bit.
