Skins are purely client sided so they won't use any of the server's RAM.

Actually 400MB RAM is really not enough to hold more than 40 players on your server, so in my opinion this regulation is pretty much unreasonable. Instead of limiting your resources to nearly nothing they should slightly increase the price for more RAM. But 6GB of diskspace should be enough for any server.

For example: |FFS|Racing with 60 players uses 450MB.

I contract a server with 20 slots, its enough for me?
