Busign really is a great and reliable host. SAUR:RPG has been with Busign for a long long time now, and we never had any problems or downtime, The only time our server went down was when we had to update MTA (You can even update your server to nightly versions which get added on a regular base, all in the control panel!). It's a real premium host, even though it might not be the cheapest host around, it has great service, and staff with knowledge about hosting and MTA in general (No suprise, seeing as x86 is part of the MTA team). Unlike other hosts where they offer you a 128 slot server for only 10$ / month, which starts lagging when you only have 30 people ingame, When you get a 128 slot server with Busign, you can be 100% certain that you will have no lag/CPU problems when there are actually 128 players ingame. Thumbs up to Busign.

http://i45.tinypic.com/28vsu28.png Like that you mean? SAUR is already working on a TTT server for MTA. The main scripter for this project is AeroXbird, I believe he also roams the MTA forums. You can follow the progress on our forum http://www.utopia-gaming.com

Please don't mind the text inside the image, one of the SAUR players reported this to me this way. Server is still up as we speak with the same IP: mtasa://82.39.215.186:22003

Thank You *NOTAM* Please note, that we are hiring staff. If you are interested please email "[email protected]" with your resume. Thanks! Small tip, you might want to include some requirements, and wether it's paid or not.

Hello, I do quite alot with custom models, and didn't have any issues whatsoever with the current custom map I'm working on untill I updated to MTA 1.3.1, I've been crashing like crazy every since. Here are 2 dumps http://www.speedyshare.com/z4Ygp/crashdumps.rar So yeah... Before I updated everything was silky smooth with no crashing, after the 1.3.1 update, I just crash every 10 minutes or so on my custom map, which is really annoying. P.S. I also tested it with someone else, he also crashes from time to time (Completely random) on the custom map. Would be great if this could possibly get fixed. If you need any more info, feel free to let me know.

Try.... Proper live support that is actually live. I've checked several times in the past 12 hours, and I have yet to actually find someone from live support. Even though you claim this; In hosting with us we guarentee you 100% uptime with 24/7/375 support. 375 days per year? awesome! You might also want to offer more than just 50 slots, and offer your customers the option to get a MySQL server to go with their server. Oh, and you might also want to try servers located in Europe instead of the US. I'm not saying this because I am from Europe, I'm saying that because most MTA servers are infact located in Europe (The hosted ones, not the servers that people host at home). The pricing is right, if it was a premium host with real 24/7 hosting, MySQL servers, external HTTP download for servers and all those kinds of goodies.

And this is why almost all RP servers fail... Personally, I don't like RP at all btw, I mean, if you want to play like real life, why not just go outside?

I'd pick an FTP server over some weird file uploading UCP any day. It's pretty obvious the only reason some UCPs have the option to upload directly through the UCP is so 12 year old server owners can actually upload those .zips they downloaded from the MTA community. The rest of the people, they use FTP, the way all serious game servers use to manage their files.

Why is this hosting being advertised as located in Lille while infact the server(s) from OG-servers is/are hosted by OVH in Roubaix. (I'm even guessing it's just 1 dedicated machine hosting all these servers) I'm sorry but you shouldn't falsely advertise and you also shouldn't try to hide the fact that you are running on the B-grade network that OVH offers with overloaded routers and many more of these kind of weird issues. Then again, OVH is a budget host.

Arabic will cause a problem because it's not just from left to right, but also from bottom to top. Spaces will basicly work the opposite way, and so will lines. This means you can't have ANY break in lines, because it will mess up everything. For example English: Hello everyone my name is Infinate. Arabic: Infinate is name my everyone Hello. (This is not a problem). But this is where it goes wrong in arabic. If word break comes into the equation; English: Hello Everyone my name is Infinate. Arabic: Infinate my name is Hello everyone. (Now this is the problem)

Isn't there something wrong with the files itself? The settings that Jaysds1 posted must work.
-
WOW The settings he had were 100% correct, if his host had an external HTTP server setup. setting it to your setting only makes it more f-ed up wether or not the host has an external HTTP server. Anyways, Please try <httpdownloadurl></httpdownloadurl> instead of <httpdownloadurl>http://www.tgbrhost.xpg.com.br/mods/deathmatch/resource-cache/http-client-files/</httpdownloadurl> Because your host doesn't offer any external HTTP download.

Dutch translation: Good luck with the project, I would love to see TF2 gameplay in MTA. P.S. I could probably get you a TF2 map ported into MTA without using too much space, Lemme know if you are interested.

If you notice artifacts in several games it's due to the GPU getting too hot. This is fatal to a GPU and your could already be on it's way to a slow, but interesting death. (The closer the GPU gets to dieing, the weirder the images are it produces). I highly recommend to open up your computer (It's not hard, just 2 screws!) and just clean it sometime with a can of compressed air, this can easily fix most overheating problems, if that still doesn't fix anything, your GPU is broken and I'd highly recommend to get a new GPU. Continueing to use the graphics card now is something I would not suggest, as you could easily get more severe problems due to the GPU overheating. So, Clean the PC case from the inside (Especially the fan + cooling ribs on the GPU, it's probably clogged up with dust), and if that doesn't solve anything, a new GPU would be your next best bet.

Even though I'm not really a full-time scripter (Due to the lack of knowledge), An up to date MTA script editor would be great seeing as the old one is pretty much useless now with all the new stuff going on. If this would work just as easily as Notepad++ with ofcourse the extra features that you offer, and it would be kept up to date, I'd definetly use it, and I think many others would use it too. Good luck with the project

I decided to put the project on hold due to the amount of issues that are arising with the way that MTA replaces custom objects. Even though the map works fine in my GTA SA SP install, I got many issues in MTA, like -Models suddenly losing their collision. -Models flickering. -Texture not loading properly. -Collision not being replaced properly for some a small group of people. -MTA tends to crash alot for some people for no specific reason at all. I'm sure these issues will be fixed some day by the MTA team, and I know they are extremely busy so I won't nag them to give these issues any higher priority, simply because, they are actually quite a low priority for MTA in general in my honest opinion, even though I hate to admit that I'll probably pick up work again once the majority of these issues are resolved.

Great idea! All those chinese factories killing innocent animals for their fur will surely stop their activities oncen they see your facebook page!

This is just insane, There are many more of these servers that just spam the server browser. Really annoying.

I think you are forgetting that alot of hosts are on an oversized VPS, using a shared 100Mbit line, rather than a dedicated line + machine.

I know am going for that for either my next dedi. Think it should do for that max mta servers I set. Am kind of curious why ive not got many customers though, its cheapest than any ive come across so far Website looks unprofessional, I suggest polishing it. Also, putting 20 servers (Each with ATLEAST 128 slots) on a 2.4 Ghz celerion dual core I already feel sorry for that machine. I remember we used to host SAUR on a 2.3 Ghz AMD dual core, Just 1 server, and with 100 players ingame, it was already struggling a bit with CPU usage of 30%..... Imagen 20 servers with 128 players+ .... total lag fest. Also, 4 GB of ram (Lets say 8 GB ram) 8 GB / 20 = 400 MB ram. 400 MB ram is not much for a server with 128+ players. Servers are probably still good and fast now with only 4 servers, but when 20 servers go on that machine... It will turn into a giant lag fest
-
Would be nice of you to include the specifications of the dedicated server and what the limit of servers is on this dedicated server. This is so potential customers can see how crowded the dedi actually is. Seeing as it is an amature host (Nothing wrong with amature host, most of them are just shit, since they are hosted by 15 year olds who just put way too many servers on 1 machine), it kinda says to people that it will be some overloaded dedi with too many servers hosted on it. 100Mbit/s is a nice speed, but not if it's shared with 20 other 100+ slot servers. BTW, I'm not saying you are putting too many servers on the dedi, I have no way of knowing. Alot of people just automaticly assume that amature hosts have too many servers on 1 machine which results in poor performance. If you could show those people that you are not like most amature hosts, you could gain some customers.

SAER:RPG - SAUR:RPG.... Hmmm.... I also see the staff consists out of 1 person that got kicked from SAUR staff due to being immature, and 1 person who has been begging Castillo and me to get SAUR staff. Feature list seems like a regular RPG too me, nothing wrong with that, but upon closer inspection I see several details that are exactly like SAURs, the scoreboard for example is just a 1:1 description from the SAUR scoreboard. Are these just all coincedences or is this a knock off?
