Não precisa de entender quase nada para modificar o 'help' ( HelpManager) ... Caso você queira editá - lo vá na pasta do seu servidor ( MTA SA 1.0.5 - server/mods/deathmatch/resources | MTA SA 1.1 - server/mods/deathmatch/resources/managers/ | MTA SA 1.2 - Igual ao 1.1 ) e aibra o ficheiro comprimido 'helpmanager.zip'.
