i mean like when i press p and i am admin the panel doesnt appear can u tell me the path of the admin panel

Umm when i try to press p in my server then the admin panel doesnt come up is it a missing scipt or do i have to enable it somewhere i think it maybe link to this becouse my /mods/deathmatch/race/meta.xml got deleted so please help me cause i want the admin panel
