I dont understand that downloading from web server. Everytime it says errors. Can someone write me precise manual what set, what copy on server, ftp so that it works & downloads from ftp server?

I have problem, when I upload on server new resources and type to console "refresh", so normally resources are loaded and works. But in webbrowser isnt change. Resources, players on server, maps... nothing. Do you know where is problem?

So I just connect to server but half of those commands don't work... In mIRC directory I haven't got any files. Should be they created in mIRC directory where it's written?
