before I was using Win XP but I have Win 7 and I re-installed GTA San Andreas and I installed MTA 1.0.4 Maybe it's coming in Windows 7 I tried to launch in admin and in WinXP compatibility But nothing works

My FireWall is off But I have an AVG FireWall I try to turn it off (sorry for my bad english ) *EDIT* it still does not a friend gave me an IP server (it is on 1.0.3) and I agree and it works ... I try to install 1.0.3 and after putting 1.0.4 My OS = Windows 7

I see no server is this normal?
