How do u downgrade from v2.0 to v1.0 (meaning gta_sa not MTA)

I finally uninstalled 1.1 and 1.0 and reinstalled 1.0 This is the message I get when I run it: Please help ASAP!

i downloaded: Win32 Client for MTA:SA Race v1.0 on the downloads page and i still get the error. Cant someone gimme a download link and cani just extract the files to Desktop?
