Does valhalla let you download their interior resources? So i can make my server into los santos.

I started a server with mta paradise. Is there police and ambulance and everything already included? and jobs and the ability to buy houses? Or do i have to do that my self?

It just says : ERROR: Apache server not started [-1]

I did. Look at the picture. Its just says "Apache service started". And then doesn't do anything. And then after a little bit it says "Busy."
