Don't forget about the manuals and other (basic) helpful articles on the wiki, such as:
Some of them are translated already but are not up to date with the English version.
-
Because languages other than English are incomplete and outdated.

Did you read the wiki?

Make sure you have the prerequisites: https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/Compiling_MTASA

You can use the internal functions from MTA in 1.2 for mysql: https://wiki.multitheftauto.com/wiki/Ser ... _functions

More?!?
Did you forget the problems with the Developer Previews? (serials etc)

Windows probably detects that a specific application (GTA San Andreas) needs (all) GPU power.

Why would we rewrite that old dynamic menu when we could use the ingame functions to create a (dynamic) menu? (e.g camera functions, peds, vehicles) Then there shouldn't be any compatibility issues...
-
Then we could better load the game and create something in there with a local resource(?). Something like Half Life 2 menu. But I agree there are more important things to do.

im haveing way more probems then the last release,
This is not very helpful by just saying "more problems then 1.0.3".

- IE is insinuated into a lot of M$' products. For example (let's overlook, for the moment, the simple fact that it's bundled with Windows,) every time you check your mail in, for example, Windows Live Messenger, the window opens in IE, not your default browser.
That's not true anymore in WLM 14.0.x.x...

Looks good so far.

The MTA Center is not online anymore.

That's probably an sa-mp server, this is Multi Theft Auto not sa-mp.

Windows Vista?

Hmm wouldn't it be possible to "mod" mta:sa to work with gta:III and gta:VC ?
Now that it is open source it should be possible no? I'm just thinking out loud here.
Really, this is basically the best solution. MTA:SA has mastered the design of the mod in terms of syncing, scripting and gameplay. It would require reworking of our game_sa layer in particular because that contains code specific to SA. game_sa is by no means a small module, so it would require specific attention and work to be successful
Well, CEGUI is using DX9 right?
VC and III is using DX8(.1).

Ehm, maybe use English here?
MTA:SA, Windows XP/Vista, CEF components and you

I have created a Compatibility FAQ on the wiki based on this topic.
