If you set server's timelimit to 0, then gameplay will receive them only from map's config. So if you have configured map1 to 20 min - it will last for 20 minutes. Server timelimit - overrides map tim limit ONLY if map's timelimit MORE than server's. So if you want to control map duration with only map's config - set server's timelimit to 0.

Single works FINE. MTA:SA 1.0 works FINE. MTA:SA 1.1 DOESN'T work.

Exactly the same problem here. 1.0 - works fine. 1.1 - only splash screen. And nothing else. GTA:SA ver 1.0 CTRL doesn help. Restart doesnt help. All registry values for MTA:SA are correct.
