Done the installing but for some reason server still doesn't show up.. what am i doing wrong.. btw i move the Mta folder inside Rockstar folder will that make a difference?

When i open MTA SA server browser then nothing there Uploaded with ImageShack.us see

When i try to load server list it zooms throu numbers at bottom right then gives me _ Marster Sever List could not be retrieved _ why is this? Thanks -Rippor-
