It looks like that you have problem with your driver. It's tries to load dynamic rendered menu but doesn't load it properly, so Unhandled Exception happens.

Maybe you have inadequate OS privelegies (this may be caused by a virus). Try playing online some PunkBuster-using game. Also I think, this is first priority problem and it needs to be fixed in the next release (this is to MTA team)

Try setting the permissions of inbound and outbound connections of MTASA to on. Also try to use some other firewall then Windows' one

I don't think MTA is able to work with Steam. All the main content except binaries of Steam but non-Source or non-Goldsrc games is inside ncf archives.

The topic is drown in the offtopic posts, looks like someone wants simply to speak about MTA:DM because there're no topics about that and someone does so because doesn't want to give the wind to the topic. The real topic theme is that forum users and moderators don't respect each other and this's true as I see, unfortunately. But this mean that they have MTA: VC Blue already, simply they freezed the work on it and after releasing MTA: SA they will only have to do some work, but not to create MTA: VC Blue from the very beginning!
