The user seems to be talking about mta blue which most probably wont be out till 2010 . and was shown on the main site since version 0.3 i think.

Let me tell u if u cant figure it out , $2 is the id of person doing the command !jail not the person u trying to arrest use $mta.getid($1,$4) instead of $2 Plus the code is all wrong u need to redo the code , cause that !jail command should work for the person who is standing in jail and wants himself to be arrested. Good luck , and if u did scripting urself u would probably know that by now , so assuming ur editing someonelses scripts so good luck in editing someones script.

Get better connection, normally there are a few programs which you can download to make gameplay faster, which i have used in the past, but for pings then im not sure. Those programs make mta unfair and no wonder koq players can move fast . Hmm now i know the secret. Ok adding koq clan to my hackers clan list.
