Seems like the racemod is nearly completion anyway.

Maybe for RPG you have like a money system and the more money you gain doing killing, jobs etc you could then use for purchasing items.

Maybe it could be a future gamemode, However from SAMP view it seems they are making a co-op gamemode.

I do like the idea of customising your character and use it for servers or like wear a clothing colour to represent your gang etc.

It is recommended though to play the game before actually installing the mod, I usually just go to the first save point.

Vice City is probably still more populated then GTA3 servers at the moment, Both however are fun multiplayers. Vice City would be a nice starter which features a Stunt Mode and Deathmatch Mode. During this time you will develop the skills of the game and learn the basics. Once the SA version is release it will be a total new experience hopefully.

If you are talking about the patch problem then try downloading the USA Patch?

If your saying you want to actually purchase the game well there a few website which im not going to mention that do sell the game for a cheap price.

If the public want a good clean version then let them keep working at it, No need for any rushing.
