Try to either reinstall both MTA or VC and download the patch then play the game with the patch installed. On the client click on options then you will see the VC Version, Change that version from 1.0 to 1.1.

G-stats were the last global stats just like what jax said. It was an admin script which can still be downloaded but however the stats arent working due to that the database died out so the global stats ended. Each kill that happened was then automatically sent to the website where you could display players stats. The stats located were Fave server, Kills, Deaths, Fave weapon etc.

Quite alot of people want racing. Looking at how to mod is developing and with the new core involved it will be a totally new experience and nothing like the old stunt servers on the current client.
