Hi how i can make a 2.3 windows server to a 1.0 server?

Sorry for wrong section. No my FPS is normal. When i aim i cant move forwards, sidewards and backwards, but when i press for exaple the key "a" and fast after that "w" or "s" or "d".

I have a Problem with v1.0. I have Windows Vista and when i play MTA and aim in game i cant move!
