How do u make the servers? I've got one downloaded and installed but like how do u get it to come up on the all seeing eye for everyone to go to?

This isnt a minigame or anything, but what would be cool(no clue if its possible) is if you could register a server and you could add your own mods to your server for other players. Example, cars, map mods, skins, weapons. Just like how in the stunt server theres ramps added, except this would be all kinds of mods.

What will be different in MTA 0.4.5 then what is in 0.4.1?

Does anybody know where I could find a vehicle map that shows the spawning locations of all the vehicles in vice city?

When i get into MTA and I get then menu of what careers u can pick, mexican robber cop ect. When i try to press enter on the career I want it wont let me, nothing even happens. I just want to know if enter is the right button to select a career. P.S Never played MTA before.
