Your computer is associated with another account

Hi. The client seems to think i have 2 accounts. i made an id "stif" but when i try to install, it says "Your computer is associated with another account". I understand this is to stop multiple accounts.

When i login to https://community.multitheftauto.com/index.php?p=login - It says i dont have a serial number. Do I have to wait to be assigned one? or does it think i have another account and has assigned a serial to that?

could someone with powers do a search on my email to see if there is a 2nd account? - [email protected] - I only want the one with user name "Stif"

I also have the same problem. The software crashed on me and never started up again. So i tried to reinstall; Problem is i forgot what the information was that I registered with and now I cannot install the software. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP reach me at [email protected]
