MTA:SA 1.0.3 PRIVATE SERVER PROBLEM

HI I'M NEW HERE

Excuse my very bad english ...i'm italian...

I have created a server and i added a lot of interesting resources...

I followed the instructions of creating a server written on the mta san andreas wiki step by step But my servers do not work:

it only works in LAN brodcasting

but in Internet brodcasting the server does not work: the players join and say me " hello " ( ) But They Do not complete the download ... and I know why:

my internet connection (the upload) is very, very slow

and so the players can not download all the resources ...

but I heard of the function " remote Web server " (download resources from my website...BUT WHAT WEBSITE !?! ), where I can upload all the resources so a player download them from there and not directly from my server (that has a slow upload) ... but where should I upload the resources? and how I upload these resources?
