Alexs Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 Hi, After i updated MTA to v1.3.3 my PC is rebooted when the 'Map Download' finish -I tried to use 'MTADiag.exe' but it says "MTADiag.exe isn't a valid Win32 application". PD: Sorry my bad english.
0 Towncivilian Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 I have fixed Windows XP support in MTADiag, it should work now. Please redownload it and try again.
0 Alexs Posted July 4, 2013 Author Posted July 4, 2013 MTADiag says: 'Error starting the application, can't find MSVCP110.dll'.
0 Towncivilian Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 Install Visual C++ 2012 runtimes then run MTADiag again.
0 Towncivilian Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 Please install the following: Graphics driver Audio driver Wireless driver Ethernet driver (do a Repair install if prompted) Chipset drivers Provide another MTADiag log after installing.
0 Alexs Posted July 4, 2013 Author Posted July 4, 2013 New log: http://pastebin.mtasa.com/408160105 PD: Audio driver says: "Install Failure! Error Code: -0001"
0 Towncivilian Posted July 4, 2013 Posted July 4, 2013 Neither the wireless nor the Ethernet drivers installed properly. Can you try installing them again? Try this audio driver.
0 Alexs Posted July 4, 2013 Author Posted July 4, 2013 Log: http://pastebin.mtasa.com/500725674 PD: It didn't happened in the v1.3.2, Where can i find a MTA v1.3.2 installer? PD #2: I tried to connect in my local server and it works, but in Xlatino and TG the PC is rebooted.
0 Towncivilian Posted July 5, 2013 Posted July 5, 2013 OK, all drivers installed successfully. Does your reboot issue happen for all games, or just MTA? Is there a blue screen of death when MTA causes the restart? You can find MTA:SA 1.3.2 here.

Is there a blue screen of death when MTA causes the restart? You can find MTA:SA 1.3.2 here. Only happens when I play MTA and sometimes it appears a blue screen that says 'windows shut down to avoid errors'.
0 Towncivilian Posted July 5, 2013 Posted July 5, 2013 Could you zip up the latest dumps in C:\WINDOWS\Minidump and upload them somewhere for me so I can analyze the blue screens?

0 Towncivilian Posted July 5, 2013 Posted July 5, 2013 The crashes are related to the graphics driver. Does GTA:SA single player ever cause these crashes?
0 Alexs Posted July 5, 2013 Author Posted July 5, 2013 The crashes are related to the graphics driver. Does GTA:SA single player ever cause these crashes? No, GTA:SA Single Player ( and the Local Server ) doesn't cause crashes. EDIT: Map Editor also cause crashes, i think there is some new graphic feature in the v1.3.3 that cause crashes in Intel GMA. -I downgraded MTA to v1.3.2 and the issue was solved, Thanks for your help ^^
