[suggestion] from the Arabic forum to the wiki

Hello .

Arabic is a Language that wrote from right to left

and sometime we got problems while we translate the wiki

so the suggestion is to make the wiki right to left for the Arabic language .

Yeah i got this problem .. but i guess if you want the text on right side you should type an english letter like this
