MTA:SA - Confusing Options (Nvidia Optimus detected)

Every time i double click to play MTA, this annoying window pops up http://i.imgur.com/ZLpA9Vj.png,

what ever it doesn't stop MTA from opening but i hate it...

I tryed a lot of solution but they doesn't work like:

- Updating my Nvidia Graphics Card (Nvidia Geforce 840M)

- Reinstalling GTA and MTA

- Even downgrading my Windows from 10(64x) to 8.1(64x)

and nothing happens, its still popping up, I think it's from my Laptop resolution (1920x1080) or because I have 2 graphic cards maybe (Nvidia+Intel Family), anyway I hope you find a solution, Thanks!

I have it too and it is kinda annoying but after all its not so bad.

Somewhen it was gone for me, until I reinstalled Windows. Then it came back.

So apparently there is something somewhere that can disable this, but I don't know where.
