Fix file issues dialog

Hello guys, How are you? I hope everything goes well..

When I trying to enter MTA Client, Every time I got this dialog: https://image.prntscr.com/image/Iqo6odcwRhOxUnwVLKpVlQ.png also when I click ok button to give it the admin permissions, it visible again however I give it the admin permissions then the game started without any issues, So I want know the reason of this dialog because  I use the original version of the game; In the past (1.5.3 version) I didn't see this dialog

Note: when I didn't give it the admin permissions I got this dialog : https://image.prntscr.com/image/Ai10lMBERzqXtdYm1xpVbA.png also I click ok and I don't click the button of give it the admin permissions the result is the game started without any issues.
