I have proplem with my server

i have a role play server ok? i uploaded mods and i connected to mysql and all perfectly but when i start the server the login panel didn`t came and just black screen nothing in the screen just black screen how i can fix it i buy another server same proplem :"(

I wonder how you missed this, I recommend visiting an eyesight doctor.
