Connection Problem

Hi! Recently I wanted to play on a Server ( || Romania Mihailescu Server || VIATA LA TARA || Unic in Romania || ) and I cannot play on it.. 

Reason: It doesn't show me no gamemode but my friend can connect to the server. It shows me players on it, but not their name, in the player list it says "..loading.." . 

 

I tried:

• Reinstalling the game.
• Changing my Internet Gateway.

None of them worked.. Can you help me?

Yes, I can connect to other servers without any problem.

Open Windows Command Prompt and enter the following commands:

ping 5.83.43.213
ping 5.83.43.212
ping 5.83.43.1
ping 5.83.41.1

and show the output here

And BTW, I want to mention that I played on this server like 2-3 months ago and I wanted to start playing on it again.

Your IP could be blocked by the hosting service 'Romania Mihailescu Server' is using (Hostgame)
Contact them http://hostgame.ro ask them if your IP is blocked.
Tell them:
1) I can't connect to the game server 5.83.43.213:22003
2) My IP address is .........
3) I can ping 5.83.43.1
4) I can not ping 5.83.43.212 or 5.83.43.213
