unhandled exeption thingy

when ever i click start game i ge this unhandled thing and i cant get in! ive tried reinstall and the patch and all the other stuff and it still dont work! in the known issues thingy, it says play single player,how do i play single player?!?!plz help me

y disent ca pour que tu change ta langue du jeu. part vice city pis mets le en anglais . après réessaye. mais moi aussi ca dit ce putain de message la : unhandled exception. !!! :@
