If that doesn't help,  download, extract and run MTADiag and follow the instructions.

Press 'n' when asked.

Post any Pastebin URL MTADiag gives you

@ccw While installing Direct X in that MTADiag have told me, I get this error: http://prntscr.com/fs8e53, By the way can It happened because of putting gta_sa.exe of another version in your Gta Sa Folder?
