all know the 'voice' mod that when you press z all players in server hear your voice ,
i want to change ('z') ,
all files of resource don't contaion 'bineKey'
how can i change it ? but not from settings of mta , 
i want from the resource

You can't. That control is in the client itself, that's like saying that you want to change the key to open the console, you can't do that.
