Lag and fps reducer, Decor hider

Hey guys, first off i don't know to be honest if it is the right section to post such question but lets just ignore that.

So i am searching for a lag reducer, it simply works as a weather changer, it changes the weather from any weather to night in order to get a better fps that's first

Second one is decor hider, it simply hide all the decor around the map and just keep track

if anyone knows a solution or have these 2 resources or just know anyway to get them even though i have seen them in some servers in the past, leave a comment below, Thanks in advance.
