You need to be more specific. Are you talking about a specific server or what?

The console can only execute its stock commands, so I highly doubt it would be able to add someone to whatever staff team. If you're talking in reference to ACL groups, that's done through the ACL.xml file - the console can add accounts (addaccount) but not issue specific ACL groups.
