I download GTA SA, then download 1.5.3

I tried to run the MTA, but i have error : The application does not respond

And i cant lauch GTA! Its have similar error! How to fix it? When i delete MTA, GTA launching!

1) Download and install Malwarebytes and do a full scan

2) Delete C:\Program Files (x86)\MTA San Andreas 1.5\

3) Download and re-install MTA
