Operation too slow on download

hello all today i decided to play MTA so when i launched it up and i entered a server this came up Error Downloading Requested files Operation too slow 10 Bytes in 10 Seconds

some servers will load up smoothly but some will give me this error i tried to reinstall mta still no use

It's a server-side problem. Some servers use NGINX as files provider, so you can download fast.
