[HELP] Changing the size of the wheels script

Hello, I wanted to know how I can write a script that will change the size of the wheels, as in the video. Whether this is a function or how it was made?

From what I see - this script doesn't actually change the wheel size. It probably uses some object attached to the vehicle, while the original wheels are hidden using setVehicleComponentVisible. New wheels size is probably controlled by setObjectScale with the combination of ride height manipulation using setVehicleHandling.
