help ..im geting a mac... O.o

heya guys ...im getn an imac ..(cos i need 1 for digital media/only reason im getn 1 )

and i was just wondering if u can use things like irc ..and the the mta 0.5 client (so i can chat to my friends wen im not on my pc)

and if there is a more recent mac compatable version of msn ..cos i dont really like the old "mac messenger" ....

thnx for ur help ..im really stuck ..(im kinda still computer illiterate ..) lol

(my bf is the brains)...but he dont know bout macs ....

You can get emulators that can run PC programs. I know that PC emulators for Linux don't work with MTA though so I'd presume that it doesn't work with Macs either.
