Hi, why my anti-virus detect this file (ceflauncher_dll.dll) as a virus? Should I quarantined it or restore it back? Does it effect anything in MTA?

For your very kind information. BitDefender is the suckest AntiVirus EVER! I used the full version. Yeah unfortunately WASTED my money. Change your ANTIVIRUS right now. Bitdefender is kind of VIRUS actually.

Dude, Bitdefender is top ranking. Maybe it's false positive since ccw said it was safe.

Dude, i bought it when i saw its TOP RANKING. But, the sucking quality. Also it never worked well. Always gave problems to all my games.
