Is not valid win32 application

Hello.

Im installed MTA:SA 1.5.3 for XP and if im want to Open  this its show me "is not valid win32 application"

SPECS

64 bit windows xp

(mta 1.4.1 works fine)

HELP PLEASE

If im put mta 1.4 exe its starts but im cant connect servers

Download this:

https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/files/temp/launcher8065/Multi Theft Auto.exe

and copy over the version in the MTA install directory.
