Add tunisian language to the MTA settings

Well my suggestion os clear, we do need the tunisian language in the settings.

This language is hard to understand as many of you know so we need it added to give the other TN people the chance to play in servers and to understand how is servers rules goes.

Well, As i know about tunisia its arabian Country and All Arabs Of course use Arabic because its thier main language if you are about Tunisian dialect i don't think #mta_sa community will add dialect

There is turkish language as well, russian too etc.. It's the same goes for tunisian language.

Turkish and Russian languages use different alphabets to each other. Tunisia uses the Arabic language, but in a slightly different dialect. Tunisian Arabic is not it's own language, but a subset of a language. People who speak English can understand American English, British English and Australian English. The same goes for Arabic.
