Hello so i have this problem and i cant run my MTA

can somebody help me 

And why is it saying something about win32 

I have Win 8.1

i have the same problem resolved (win7-64):

1. check if Service Pack 1 is installed, else download it via Windows Update

2. download 14.0.24516 Visual C++ Redistributable from https://nightly.multitheftauto.com/files/vcredist_2015_x86.exe run it and DELETE THIS Redistributable if installed, else do 3.

3. download 14.0.23026 Visual C++ Redistributable from Microsoft https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145 run and install it.

4. install 14.0.24516 Visual C++ Redistributable.
