Just make sure you put the file name in the field with the extension (ie 'client.lua', 'index.php').

Thanks for that. But I'm kinda new to github. Isn't that the kind of place where some people post their code as a portfolio and then show it to potential employers or just used for open source projects? I don't wanna put source code on there and have someone steal it and claim it as their own.
