Problem i can't fix....

Here it is: I have GTA:VC 1.0 on WinXP SP1, MTA 0.5, and LAN in my building. The problem is when I try to start the client it dosent work enything.Displays standard windows crash message and "Send bug, dont send bug" window.

What to doo?

This is a bug in 0.5 which will be fixed in 0.5.1. The program will try to connect to the internet to obtain a new MOTD upon startup. If you don't have internet access, it will crash.
