Custom modded skins not showing up in-game.

Hello,

I recently tried installing a police skin mod but, it didn't work in-game (MTA).
I've done this in the past and it worked perfectly but, for some reason it doesn't work.

Does anyone of you have a clue what causes this? And what can be done against it?

Locally installed skin mods will not work in MTA anymore.
They have been blocked because they can give players an unfair advantage in competitive game modes.
