I wanna know how to give a VIP for just 1 member and he can be able to use the Jetpack and laser

You need to check whether the player is VIP and then allow these stuff for him. Use isObjectInACLGroup to check whether he is VIP or not.

I don't mean that I mean how to give him "ALONE" the ability to use Jetpack and laser

If he's the only one in the VIP acl group, then yeah, he'll be the "ALONE" with the ability to use Jetpack and laser.

This VIP system looks fine. Use this exported function to check if the player is VIP/donator:

if exports.vip_system:isPlayerDonator(player) then --if he's a VIP then do...
	--your code.
end
