Forums top links missing on mobile and other suggestion

This very theme is so limited for mobile view. Id say its responsive n fast but very limited

I cant even see the top bar containing important links of mtasa

So i suggest to put those link inside the dashboard like this

The important things you see on desktop cant be viewed on mobile

Eg. Top bar which contains all important links

So im suggesting to put it on dashboard to make it easy for us to browse between mtasa subdomain

I've just added a submenu, which is visible both on the desktop and mobile versions of the site at the top of the page, next to the search bar.  For mobile, this appears like so:
