It is possible to change gps map?

I want to ask if is possible to change the GPS, F11 map because i want to make a map from 0

I mean to keep all the script and change only the image

I can make the gps from 0 but it will be pain in the ass because i must remake the blip system and other things map has

The maximap resource is what are you looking for. It also includes some improvements over the default F11 map which you can read on the description.
