Hello. I want to ask you guy's , if you know how can i modify the play panel ( F1 ) to give rights to player's who join my server,like, to revoke the right for taking the minigun or all weapons,and at cars to be like cars what i want to show for them , not all cars..? Can somone help me :3

Oh , dude , that was help me a lot,but i figured out cuz they can spawn and give what they want with "/cv" and "/give" how can i revoke those rights? And everything will be perfect.
