Unable to install Microsoft Visual 2015 Redistributable

Hey there!

Me and my friend just discovered MTA:SA today and we both got the installer. I got the installer first and it worked for me and i was SOO excited to play with my friend... only 1 problem... when I downloaded the launcher to his computer it opened. It was all going so good but suddenly and error while its installing...

And me and my friends excitement was killed... I searched google without ANY fixes. Well we tried to open MTA:SA but sadly it wouldnt turn on It would just ask for the resolution and which monitor to use then after that... BOOM! Nothing happens.. lol.

So please help me so me and my friend can play MTA:SA Thanks
